COVID-19

- It is once again mandatory to wear face masks in the salon by staff and clients.

- We continue to regulary clean and sanitise the salon and equipment .

- We try to open doors/windows to air the salon when possible.

- If you are showing any Covid symptoms please do not come to the salon and let us know as soon as possible  so we can reschedule your appointment to protect others.

COLOUR CONSULTATION 

 

-We advise all new colour changes or corrections to either come in for a free consultation , send photos by email or we can arrange a video call to determine the service required, time of appointment needed and to give you the most accurate quote.

 

 

LATENESS & CANCELLATIONS 

 

-We provide a 10 minute grace period with our appointments as lateness has a knock on effect for all our other appointments of the day .

-Please notify us by phone only if you are going to be late.

-if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require 48 hours notice for colour /large appointments and 24 hours for cutting Services.

-If you do need to cancel on the day, we appreciate if you can give us as much notice as possible by phone. This allows us to try and fill the allocated time,  some of these appointments can be 3-4 hours long and therefore resulting in a huge loss of time and income. 

-Please do not message us on social media channels .

-Cancellations made on the day of an extremely long appointment will be asked for a cancellation fee of 50% unless can fill that slot with another client.
