- Due to the ongoing situation regarding Covid-19, we would like to take this opportunity to reassure you of all the steps that we are taking to ensure that our salon remains a place of wellbeing for you and our team.
-If you are showing signs of Covid-19, please let us know with at least 24 hours notice and reschedule your appointment to protect others.
- All of our services are pre-booked appointments made by phone or email.
-Please wear a face covering throughout your appointment .
-Clients are asked to arrive on time for their appointment and to wait outside until their appointment time- so please don’t arrive too early.
-We will not be able to accommodate you if you are more than 10 mins late as we cannot run into another appointment due to social distancing .
-We ask everyone to maintain 1 metre + social distance where possible and to come alone too your appointment .
-We advise all new colour changes or corrections to either come in for a free consultation , send photos by email or we can arrange a video call to determine the service required, time of appointment needed and to give you the most accurate quote.
LATENESS & CANCELLATIONS
-We provide a 10 minute grace period with our appointments as lateness has a knock on effect for all our other appointments of the day .
-Please notify us by phone only if you are going to be late.
-if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require 48 hours notice for colour /large appointments and 24 hours for cutting Services.
-If you do need to cancel on the day, we appreciate if you can give us as much notice as possible by phone. This allows us to try and fill the allocated time, some of these appointments can be 3-4 hours long and therefore resulting in a huge loss of time and income.
-Please do not message us on social media channels .
-Cancellations made on the day of an extremely long appointment will be asked for a cancellation fee of 50% unless can fill that slot with another client.
