BOOKING FEES 

​

-We have made some changes to our booking policies. A booking fee is now required for any colour treatments which includes Highlights , Balayage and  also extends to Keratin Treatments.  Details on how to pay your deposit will be sent to you when you book your appointment. A Deposit of 50% of the total cost price of your appointment will be the amount required to pay before your appointment is confirmed.

LATENESS & CANCELLATIONS 

 

-We provide a 10 minute grace period with our appointments as lateness has a knock on effect for all our other appointments of the day .

-Please notify us by phone only if you are going to be late.

-if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require 48 hours notice for colour /large appointments and 24 hours for cutting Services.

-If you do need to cancel on the day, we appreciate if you can give us as much notice as possible by phone. This allows us to try and fill the allocated time,  some of these appointments can be 3-4 hours long and therefore resulting in a huge loss of time and income. 

-Please do not message us on social media channels to cancel on the day.

-Cancellations made on the day of an extremely long appointment will be asked for a cancellation fee of 50% unless can fill that slot with another client.

- No Show with out any warning to an appointment will be charged the full price of the appointment.

COLOUR CONSULTATION 

 

-We advise all new colour changes or corrections to either come in for a free consultation , send photos by email or we can arrange a video call to determine the service required, time of appointment needed and to give you the most accurate quote.
